The term After Galaxy (A.G., also known as After Galactic[1]) is used to number years in the calendar during the time period of the United Galaxy's expansion across the galaxy. After Galaxy was established in commemoration of the First Space Pioneer Era, brought on by the release of the Photon Drive.[2]
After Galaxy runs in parallel to the pre-existing anno Domini number system, and begins in 2100 A.D. to coincide with the First Space Pioneer Era's beginning. Therefore, 0 A.G. is equivalent to 2100 A.D., 1 A.G. is equivalent to 2101 A.D., and so forth.
